MEET MIKE FOLEY
PROUDLY SERVING THE RESIDENTS OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Mike Foley serves as the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts, having been elected to the position in 2018. In his role as Clerk, Foley oversees an office of nearly 100 employees and an annual budget of more than $9 million.
Prior to his election as Clerk of Courts, Foley served as an Ohio Deputy Registrar for 12 years. In that role, he was charged with operating the regional Bureau of Motor Vehicles in Huber Heights, Ohio.
A native of Cincinnati, Foley moved to the Dayton area in 1996 to embark on an entrepreneurial path that saw him work in restaurant franchise management, including the launch and operation of the initial First Watch restaurants in Montgomery County.
Though he has turned over the day to day operations since his election as Clerk of Courts, Foley owns a network of tax and accounting offices, as well as a health insurance practice.
Prior to serving as Clerk of Courts, Deputy Registrar, and business owner, Mike Foley served his country in the United States Army and the Ohio National Guard.
Foley resides in Oakwood with his daughter, Faye, and is a graduate of the Ohio State University.
